When you don't see a correction on the statistic screen, then there
have been no correction until now. When a correction is made, then it
appears in the log-part of the statistic screen.

The current diff (in Black/white) displays the timedifference in the
last NTP poll. (And in the upper/right corner you see the offsets
from the different NTP servers) Those values are updated at each
poll.

You must set LOGLEVEL to 0 as well.
