Where to get support
You can subscribe to a mailinglist and post your questions there. All other subscriber of the list will receive the question too, and the one who knows an answer can answer your question. Since I am subscribed to the list too, I will answer the questions too, if no one else does.
All previously posted messages to the mailinglist are archived as HTML documents, and are available here. So before you ask a question, it is recommended to have a look at the archived messages. Is is very likely that the question has already been answered.
When both options mentioned above don't bring a solution, you can still send a email to ASchild@neatech.ch.
