For all the users of SNTPCLNT on Netware 3.x systems:

You can now get the daylight saving values for the next 20 years at
the homepage of sntpclnt.

It's a java 1.1 applet who requires either Netscape 4.03 with Java
1.1 Support pack or MS IE 4.0

If you prefer a downloadable EXE file, please tell me, it's possible
to create one.
