This is the second version of the Daylight calculation routine. It allows you to calculate the settings needed for SNTPCL3.NLM in order to allow daylight savings.

Since it's written in Java 1.1 you need a current browser. Currently Netscape 4.51 and the MS Internet explorer 4.01/ 5.x meet those requirements.

For the new DST rules of USA in 2007, make sure you have a recent java version installed on your computer.

If you have troubles or see a wrong calculation in the applet, please inform me so it can be fixed.

PS: This is my first java program. It's been written with PowerJ. My first impressions of Java are: It's slow, powerful and misses still some features for big applications. (Clipboard, Reportgenerators for database applications, Hotkeys)
